You’ll have to set up a different learner account for each unique learner in the program. This can be accomplished in a few simple steps.

By deleting your account, you will remove all data and progress for all learners stored in the account.

Your plan will auto-renew after each billing cycle. You will only need to renew a plan if you have Canceled your Subscription and are still within the last billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Subscriptions and Payment Settings. Canceling your subscription will not remove your learners' data and progress.

If your current subscription isn’t meeting your needs, you can change it any time in your Subscriptions and Payment Settings.

If you remember your password but wish to change it, you can do so in your Account Settings.

If you are locked out of your account because you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

If you no longer wish to have your learner participate, you can delete their profile in a few steps:
