How to: Delete My Account
By deleting your account, you will remove all data and progress for all learners stored in the account.
How to: Renew my Subscription
Your plan will auto-renew after each billing cycle. You will only need to renew a plan if you have Canceled your Subscription and are still within the last billing cycle.
How to: Cancel my Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Subscriptions and Payment Settings. Canceling your subscription will not remove your learners' data and progress.
How to: Change my Subscription
If your current subscription isn’t meeting your needs, you can change it any time in your Subscriptions and Payment Settings.
